Year-long drought warning lifted in Hunterdon, Somerset counties | Hunterdon Review News

The state Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) on Tuesday, Aug. 15, lifted the drought warning for the central part of the state including all of Hunterdon and Somerset counties, which brings to an end the series of statewide initiatives first issued more than a year ago, according to a statement by DEP Commissioner Bob Martin.
