Norton council to discuss land sale

Norton City Council will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m Thursday, July 11 to consider the sale of 34.8 acres of land acquired from Summit Metro Parks to Clinton Aluminum, of Clinton, OH.

According to the proposed ordinance, the city has negotiated a real estate purchase and sale agreement for a price of $469,800.
